Returning an item is not a problem. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery date. We will refund the amount of the purchase only. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. The refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item(s).

Returns where Faith Bookstore is not at fault are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you do not include the order number with your return, your refund could be delayed. Please note that refusing a package (or marking it "Return to Sender") will result in a postage due charge (as postage due is charged to the sender of any package that is refused).

All returns are processed in the order in which they are received. An email confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
